I have a deep passion and the expertise in creating authentic paellas. My education from the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management program at American River College, combined with my hands-on training from master chefs in Valencia, Spain, has equipped me with the skills to excel in my craft.
Our catering company, Hooked on Paella, reflects my commitment to quality and authenticity, specializing in paellas made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
